How is billing handled?
Billed monthly in US dollars. Payment is handled by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who appears as the seller on your receipt. You can view invoices, update your payment method or cancel from the customer portal link in your receipt.
What happens after I subscribe?
We email you an invitation to sign in to the TallyHand web app. You set your password and authenticator app, connect QuickBooks Online, and upload your first Airbnb reports.
What do I need?
A QuickBooks Online company and access to your Airbnb host account's earnings reports.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for. If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. See our refund policy.
