Privacy policy
This policy explains what data TallyHand ("we", "us") uses to run the software for you, and how we use and protect it.
What we use
Your account details (name and email). The files you upload: Airbnb earnings exports and payout emails for your listings, and bank statements for the deposit check. The QuickBooks Online data needed to prepare invoices and match deposits: accounts, customers, classes, products, invoices and deposits. This includes guest names as they appear on Airbnb reservations. We never see or store your Airbnb or QuickBooks passwords.
How we use it
Only to run the software for you: to build your invoices, check them against Airbnb's records and your bank deposits, and show you what needs your review. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which handles your billing details under its own privacy policy. QuickBooks is connected through Intuit. We use service providers for hosting and email, and may use an AI model provider to help operate the software; service providers may use the data only to perform that work for us. Your data is never shown to other customers.
Storage and security
Each account's data is kept separate from every other account's. Sign-in requires a password and an authenticator code. Access credentials are stored apart from the application code and are never published.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your subscription is active. If you cancel or ask us to delete your data, we delete it within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it. Invoices already in your QuickBooks company remain yours. You can disconnect QuickBooks at any time from your QuickBooks account.
