Terms of use

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of TallyHand, web software for turning Airbnb payouts into QuickBooks Online invoices ("TallyHand", "the software", "we", "us"). By subscribing to or using TallyHand, you agree to these terms.

1. What the software does

TallyHand turns the Airbnb payouts of the listings you choose into invoices for your QuickBooks Online company: one per reservation, using the accounts, products and classes you set up in the software, with a list of which invoices make up each bank deposit. It works from the earnings exports, payout records and bank statements you upload, and reads your QuickBooks company through the connection you authorize. Items it cannot confirm are held for your review. It provides its results as an import file and a review workbook; it creates invoices in QuickBooks directly only where you have enabled that.

2. Your account

Keep your password and authenticator device secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may invite only people authorized to see your business's records.

3. Subscription and billing

The software is billed monthly in advance, at the price shown on our pricing page for the number of active listings, or at the price agreed with you in writing. Payments are processed by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, who appears as the seller on your receipt. You can cancel at any time; see our refund policy.

4. Not tax, legal or accounting advice

TallyHand is bookkeeping software. It does not prepare tax returns and does not provide tax, legal, audit or accounting advice.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your books and for reviewing what the software produces, including anything it holds or flags, before you import it. You confirm that you are authorized to provide the records you upload and to connect each account you connect.

6. No warranty

The software is provided "as is" and "as available". It checks every payout against Airbnb's records and your bank deposits, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from entries you did not review. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the software in the three months before the claim.

8. Ending your subscription

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for misuse or non-payment. After your subscription ends, your data is deleted as described in our privacy policy. Invoices you have already imported into QuickBooks remain yours.

9. Trademarks

Airbnb, QuickBooks and Intuit are trademarks of their owners. TallyHand is independent software and is not made, endorsed or supported by Airbnb or Intuit.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
