From Airbnb reports to QuickBooks invoices in four steps
Set it up once. After that, every run takes minutes.
Connect QuickBooks
Sign in through Intuit. TallyHand reads your accounts, products and classes so invoices follow your existing setup.
Add your Airbnb reports
Upload the earnings export and payout emails from your host account, plus your bank statement for the deposit check.
Map each listing once
Choose the class for each listing. Every future reservation for that listing follows it.
Review and import
See what is ready and what is held, then download a QuickBooks-ready import file and a review workbook.
Bookkeeping-grade detail, without the spreadsheet work
One invoice per reservation
Split into the lines your books use, such as rent, cleaning, platform fees and taxes.
Deposits that match
For every payout, the exact invoices that make up the bank deposit, so it matches in QuickBooks in one step.
Your classes, per listing
Each listing posts to its own class, so property-level reports are right from the start.
Every adjustment kept apart
Extensions, damage reimbursements, cancellation fees and clawbacks become their own entries.
Traceable to the booking
Every line carries the Airbnb confirmation code, so any number leads back to its reservation.
Checked before it is ready
Each payout is checked against Airbnb's records and your bank deposits before it is marked ready.
When something does not add up, TallyHand stops and says why
Nothing is filled in by guesswork. Anything TallyHand cannot confirm is held, with the reason, until you resolve it.
- Listings without a class are held, not posted somewhere close.
- Payouts that are not in the bank yet wait for the deposit.
- Deposits nothing explains are flagged for you to look at.
Works with the tools you already use
QuickBooks Online is where your invoices go. More booking and payment sources are on the way.
Your books stay yours
- Sign-in with a password and an authenticator app.
- Repeated failed sign-ins lock the account for a while.
- Each account sees only its own data.
- QuickBooks connects through Intuit's sign-in. TallyHand never sees your QuickBooks or Airbnb passwords.
Includes 2 active Airbnb listings. Each additional listing is $11 per month.
